John’s Meadows (Jovanove livade) – Zaovine – Tara

Cottages Jasika, Omorika and Zaovljanka are located in the village of Zaovine, more precisely on the “John’s Meadows” of the hamlet Popovići, on one of the Europe’s most beautiful mountains – Tara Mountain (Tara National Park is located in Western Serbia, near Mokra Gora, Zlatibor, Bajina Basta and Uzice, about 200 km from Belgrade and Sarajevo).

The largest and the most beautiful national park in Serbia covers the entire massif of the Tara Mountain, and is fringed by the deep canyon of the Drina River, the Kremna Valley, the Djetinja River and Zlatibor Mountain.

“John’s Meadows” is located in a beautiful setting of coniferous forest, surrounded by pancea fennel, the splendor of our large Zaovljansko lake (1 km away) and small Spajic lake (only 0.5 km) and flower meadows.

Each cottage has a balcony overlooking the garden, living room, two bedrooms, baby cot, cable TV, wireless Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, as well as a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. And outside there is a separate garden, barbecue and summer house. A children’s playground is common.
